Simply pull into the driveway and text us, we will come out and take your dog. We will then text you 20 minutes before your dog is ready for collection. We will send you a link to pay online or you can pay the exact amount in cash on arrival. Just text on arrival and we will bring your dog out to you.
While we understand the desire to stay with your pet, we find that dogs often behave better when their owners are not present. We prioritize creating a calm and stress-free environment for your dog.
Additional charges may apply for excessive matting or handling difficulties. We will communicate any concerns and discuss options with you. See further information about matted dogs in our Terms and Conditions section.
The duration varies based on the size, weight, breed, coat condition, behaviour and grooming services required for your dog. On average, a grooming session may take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours.
Yes, we offer a Puppy's First Groom package (under 6 months) Puppies can start grooming as early 12 weeks old (as long as they are up to date with their vaccinations).
We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. See Terms and Conditions.
